Position Overview & Specifications

RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:

Accurately pick and pack orders from our website and for our 121 sourcing clients
Weigh and organise kilo sacks for our specialist clients
Assist with unloading and loading deliveries
Transport stock to designated departments to support graders
Support shipping operations
Manage bales inventory
Maintain a clean and organised workspace by performing general warehouse maintenance tasks such as sweeping floors and tidying workspaces.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. WORK EXPERIENCE: The preferred candidate should have previous experience working in both retail and warehouse environments. They should be able to function effectively as a team member, while also being able to work independently as required.

SKILLS: This position requires a knowledge and understanding of vintage clothing brands. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills and have the ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when needed. The role involves physically demanding tasks that can be repetitive, so candidates must be in good physical health.

EDUCATION: The preferred candidate should possess GCSE qualifications.
