The Mount Charles Group have an exciting opportunity for an area manager to join our team in the Cleaning and Support Services. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and focused team responsible for managing and developing business within this Division.

Working hours:

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Key responsibilities will include:

Oversee the management of day to day functions of each unit within a designated area.
Management and development of a designated team.
Management and accountability for financial performance.
Client relations.
Delivery of quality and service standards.
Participation in the strategic development of the Group and overall promotion of the Company’s key goals and objectives.
We are seeking a confident, results focused individual with a comprehensive knowledge of contract cleaning services.
