Position Overview: Lead VP of Engineering
Terraform Cloud is hiring a world-class Lead VP of Engineering based in Portland, OR. This is a verified, high-compensation opening with full transparency on pay, benefits, and visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and scale mission-critical systems and products with measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Data, and Leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Drive technical vision, code quality standards, and mentor colleagues at all levels.
- Participate in strategic planning, OKR setting, and organizational roadmaps.
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Base Salary: $330,000 - $550,000/yr annually
- Equity: Competitive RSU package with 4-year vest schedule
- Bonus: Annual performance bonus (10–25% of base)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a senior or lead capacity.
