Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Picker and Packer for our busy client based in Witham on a temporary to permanent basis.

Our client is looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join their busy warehouse based in Braintree. The successful candidates will be responsible for picking customer orders using a handheld scanner and replenishing the stock within the warehouse.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Picking customer orders
Meeting order picking targets
Use of a handheld scanning system
Manual handling
Replenishing stock within the warehouse
Working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment
Stacking pallets
Removing waste packaging and ensuring it is disposed of in the correct manner

Experience, Education & Qualifications:

Ideally will have some previous warehouse experience
Literate and numerate, understanding pick sheets
Ideally will have used digital scanners
Familiar with manual handling practises
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift heavy objects

Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm.

In return our client is offering £9.50 per hour.
