Position Overview & Specifications

After recent significant contract wins HOPS Labour Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to join our team within the Agricultural and Horticultural recruitment industry. This is a key role covering Scotland (predominantly East Scotland, based from home or in a shared office in Arbroath, with further travel throughout Scotland and occasionaly trips across the UK when required. Overseas travel is a possibility in the future to source countries.

The role will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our services to multiple client farmers and growers in tScotland
Liaising with client employers to ensure their labour requirements are planned and delivered
Working in partnership with client employers to deliver a high level of worker experience
Undertake planned site visits to assess employer suitability
Undertake and support farm audits, worker surveys and interviews
Conducting welfare checks with workers
Contributing to the achievement of high client, employer and worker, service levels
Ensuring order admin on softwares is kept up to date and accurate

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK
Excellent communication skills English – verbal and written
Russian Language or Romanian language would be desirable
Full driving license + to car
Experience of managing client relationships
An entrepreneurial and growth mindset
Experience and knowledge of seasonal labour in the Agriculture and Horticulture industries – desirable
Experience of recruitment – desirable
