About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a digital transformation consultancy delivering cutting-edge solutions, leading to healthier and more sustainable and secure world.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience

Location: Mostly remote working with some flexibility to work from their London office or on client site when required.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements,
Provide strategic recommendations based on analysis and findings to support the client's digital transformation initiatives.
Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts to communicate requirements.
Work with researchers, designers, and developers to ensure the user-centric design and development of digital products and services,

Skill Set:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs, define requirements, and propose suitable solutions,
Experience following Agile delivery methodology such as Scrum or Kanban
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
